THE 5TH MEETING OF THE OPEN GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP NATIONAL COUNCIL HAS BEEN ORGANIZED

The regular meeting of the National Council of the Open Government Partnership was held online on May 21, 2024, and the following issues and proposals were discussed:

- Organizations that have not submitted the implementation report for the 1st quarter of the 5th National Action Plan should prepare the information and submit it to the OGP Support Unit;

- According to the 5th National Action Plan, progress information should be sent every quarter, and detailed reports of self-evaluation should be prepared every half year;

- Information about the progress of implementation on a quarterly and half-yearly basis will be reminded by the OGP Support Unit of each Lead Implementing Organization and Supporting Organization;

- An official responsible for implementation reports should be appointed at each level of the Lead Implementing Organization and Supporting Organization and the OGP Support Unit shall send and share information through them;

- The specially responsible organization will be reminded of the commitments approaching the plan period;

- Information and reminders will be sent to the reporting officer of each organization.

Additionally, the Open Government Week, an international initiative of the Open Government Partnership, will be celebrated in the 21 provinces and the capital of Mongolia from May 27-31, 2024, and preparations are underway.
