OPEN GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP MULTI-STAKEHOLDER FORUM MEETING WAS HELD

It has been 10 years since Mongolia joined the Open Government Partnership (OGP), which includes more than 70 countries. In 2021-2023 Mongolia implemented National Action Plan IV with 9 commitments and assured its implementation to the international community. During the Multi-Stakeholder Forum (MSF) meeting, members highlighted that the National Action Plan V to be implemented in 2024-2027 should ensure the participation of the general public and civil society, and cooperation should be promoted at all co-creation stages. During the meeting, P. Erdenejargal, member of the MSF and Executive Director of the "Open Society Forum" NGO, presented the previous experience and lessons learned while emphasizing that goals of the next action plan should be coherent. Advisor to the Prime Minister of Mongolia Ch. Bolortuya proposed more cooperation with the global management team of the OGP and noted that the next action plan should be drawn up with the participation of diverse stakeholders.
