REPORT, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE APPLICATION OF RELEVANT LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS ON CHILDREN'S RIGHTS AND CHILD PROTECTION

According to the joint order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection and the Chief Commissioner of the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia dated March 27, 2023, "On Conducting Open Inspections" No. A/34, No.12, Appendix No.2 guidelines were approved, and data collection was carried out on March 27 – Apr 25, 2023. During the inspection, 2 meetings of the Working Group and 1 extended online meeting were organized to give guidelines to the members of the Working group, staff of the State Inspector of Children's Rights of the provinces and districts, and staff of the National Human Rights Commission for data collection and methodology.

The main principle of the Working group was to exchange information, review and evaluate the implementation of rules, regulations and standards. Please download and read the report from the link below.
