Since Mongolia joined the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in 2013, the National Action Plan (NAP) has been implemented four times. By order of the Minister of Mongolia and the Chief Cabinet Secretary, the composition of the Working Group to draft and present the OGP 2024-2027 NAP V draft of Mongolia was approved. An online webinar to introduce the OGP to members of the Working group was held on October 25, 2023. At the event, Ivygale Ong - Acting Regional Lead of Asia Pacific and Sara Jacobs -Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) Research Officer provided information on the issues to consider during the development of the plan, the content of the newly adopted strategy, and the IRM. The OGP 2024-2027 NAP V draft of Mongolia is scheduled to be presented on December 11, 2023.
