RAPID ASSESSMENT REPORT ON PROMOTION OF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT LAW IMPLEMENTATION

During the preparation of the report, the "Methodology for rapid assessment of the Promotion of youth development law implementation" prepared by the “Mongolian Youth Council” NGO was used following these activities:

• Individual and group interviews: Individual and group interviews with representatives of non-governmental organizations, state and local officials, governors, youth development centers and agencies;

• Additional information obtained by official request: request information from the relevant government organization bound by the law, and rely on the response, information, and answers from those organizations who are implementing the law in real life;

• Digital survey: Conduct a questionnaire with pre-prepared, optional answers;

• The implementation of the Promotion of youth development law was evaluated in Aug-Oct 2021 by filling out the monitoring sheet.
